Acceptance of TermsBy accessing, purchasing, or using any service provided by Aim Pro Coach, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or coaching services.
 
Services OverviewAim Pro Coach provides online e-gaming coaching services for competitive games including but not limited to Dota 2, Valorant, CS2, and Marvel Rivals.All sessions are conducted via audio calls, chat, or live streaming through your Aim Pro Coach account or third-party communication platforms (e.g., Discord).We provide one-on-one training designed to improve gameplay skills, decision-making, and strategy — but we do not guarantee specific rank results, as improvement depends on individual performance and effort.
 
Account RegistrationTo access our coaching services, you must:
  • Create an account on AimProCoach.com.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Aim Pro Coach is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
 
Payment TermsAll payments for coaching sessions must be made in advance through one of our accepted methods:
  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Crypto Payments (USDT, BTC, ETH)
Your order will only begin once payment has been received and confirmed. All prices listed on our website are in USD unless stated otherwise.
 
Coaching Sessions
  • Coaching sessions are typically started within 90 minutes of order confirmation.
  • Sessions are held via voice call and live streaming.
  • Our coaches will never log in to your account — account sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • Each session is one-on-one, designed specifically for the player who made the booking.
If you cannot attend your session, please contact support in advance to reschedule.
 
Prohibited ActivitiesYou agree not to:
  • Request or allow any coach to play on your account.
  • Share your account credentials with any third party.
  • Record or distribute any part of the coaching session without consent.
  • Use Aim Pro Coach services for cheating, boosting, or match manipulation.
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or offensive conduct toward coaches or staff.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
 
Refund PolicyOur refund policy is outlined in full on the Refund Policy page.In summary:
  • 100% refund if your session has not started.
  • Partial refund for unused hours if the session has begun.
  • No refund once the session has been completed.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on payment method.
 
Coach ReplacementIf you wish to change your coach for any reason, you can message us via Discord or Live Chat, and we’ll assign a new coach based on availability. There are no extra fees for changing coaches.
 
Privacy and Data ProtectionWe respect your privacy and handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.We may collect and store information such as your name, email, game preferences, and coaching activity solely for operational and support purposes. Your payment information is processed securely by PayPal or Stripe — we do not store card details.
 
Limitation of LiabilityAim Pro Coach and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
  • Any in-game losses, rank drops, or account bans not caused by our team.
  • Any interruptions due to internet issues, third-party software, or platform downtime.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
By using our services, you acknowledge that improvement and performance results vary from player to player. 
 
Intellectual Property RightsAll content on AimProCoach.com — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and training materials — is owned or licensed by Aim Pro Coach.You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce our content or coaching materials without written consent.
 
Termination of ServicesWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms, engages in abusive behavior, or misuses the service.If your account is terminated for misconduct, no refund will be issued.
 
Dispute ResolutionIn case of any dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly first. We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any claims will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
 
Policy UpdatesAim Pro Coach may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes or UAE regulations. All updates will be posted on this page with the effective date shown above.By continuing to use our website or services after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
