Refunds are available under the following conditions:
A. Before Coaching Session Starts
If your coaching session has not yet started, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
Once your payment is confirmed, we typically begin your order within 90 minutes.

Your refund will be processed in full without any deductions.B. After Coaching Has Started
If your session has already started, you will receive a partial refund based on the hours that have already been completed.

If you purchased 5 hours and only 2 hours were completed, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining 3 hours.C. Coaching Session Completed
Once your full session has been completed, no refunds will be issued, as the service has already been fully delivered.3. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
Refunds will be sent to the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- If the client’s internet, PC, or technical setup prevents the session from taking place.
- If the client violates Aim Pro Coach’s Terms of Service, engages in abusive behavior, or requests account sharing (which is prohibited).
Rescheduling Instead of Refund
If you can’t attend your session for any reason, we’re flexible.
Instead of refunding, you can reschedule your session to another time or day that fits your availability — free of charge.

Payments Made via PayPal, Stripe, Bank, or Crypto
- PayPal / Stripe: Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment source.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Refunds will be sent to the same bank account (you may need to provide proof of payment).
- Crypto Payments: Refunds for crypto transactions will be based on the USD value at the time of purchase, not at the time of refund, to ensure fairness.
